This describes what Van Wall Deal Drop Live collects and how we use it. It covers this event app only. By creating an account you agree to this policy.
What we collect
The name, email address, and mobile number you provide, and your activity in the app — the units you watch, the offers and holds you place, and basic device/log data needed to run the site securely.
How we use it
To run your account, show you the sale, complete purchases you start, and send the notifications you asked for. We use your email for account and price-drop notices, and — only if you opt in — your mobile number for the corresponding text programs.
Text messaging
If you opt into texts, we use your number to deliver the alerts you chose and share it with our messaging provider (Twilio) solely to send those messages. We do not sell your number. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. You can reply STOP to any text to cancel, or HELP for help.
Analytics
We measure how the site is used — which units get viewed, and aggregate traffic including approximate location (country and state, derived from your IP address; we do not store the IP itself) and the source that referred you. This uses our own first-party logging plus privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics from our host (Vercel). We use it to run the event better, never to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us operate — hosting and cookieless analytics (Vercel), database, email (Resend), SMS and phone verification (Twilio), and bot protection (Cloudflare) — under agreements that limit them to serving us. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to run the sale and meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations, then delete or de-identify it.
Your choices
You can opt out of texts anytime by replying STOP. To access or delete your information, or ask a privacy question, email dealdrop@vanwall.com.
