SMS Terms

These terms cover the text-message program for Van Wall Deal Drop Live. We offer two separate, optional text programs and you choose either, both, or neither when you sign up — your choice does not affect your ability to participate or purchase.
The two programs
Price-drop alerts (promotional): if you opt in, we text you when a unit you're watching drops in price during the event. Account updates (transactional): if you opt in, we text you about your own offers and holds, such as when we counter or confirm. You opt into each separately; consent to either is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on how many units you watch and how active your offers are. During the live event you may receive several messages in a short span as prices move.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. Van Wall does not charge for the texts themselves.
How to stop or get help
Reply STOP to any message to cancel that program at any time; you'll get one confirmation and then no further texts from it. Reply HELP for help, or email dealdrop@vanwall.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Keeping in touch by email
Whether or not you opt into texts, we send price-drop and account notices to your account email. If you cancel texts, you'll still receive those emails.
Changes
We may update these SMS terms; the current version always lives at this page. Continued participation after an update means you accept the change.
