Deal Drop Live is a live, descending-price sale run by Van Wall Equipment during the Farm Progress Show. Listed prices fall automatically over the event toward an undisclosed minimum until a unit is claimed. By continuing, you agree to the terms below.
1. How the sale works
Each unit's price starts at a set amount and steps down at times we don't publish in advance, until it reaches a hidden minimum or someone claims it. You can Buy Now at the current price or submit an Offer at any time while a unit is available.
2. Buy Now and Offers are commitments
Tapping Buy Now places the unit on hold for you at the displayed price and is a good-faith commitment to complete the purchase. Submitting an Offer proposes a price for Van Wall's review; if we counter, you may accept or decline. A hold, an accepted offer, or an accepted counter is an agreement to purchase that unit, subject to Van Wall's final confirmation and these terms.
3. Payment, taxes, and pickup happen offline
No payment is collected in this app. Price shown does not include applicable taxes, fees, freight, or delivery. All payment, financing, documentation, and pickup are arranged directly with Van Wall. Your purchase is final only once Van Wall confirms it and you settle through us.
4. Holds, corrections, and availability
You may keep a limited number of units on hold at once. Van Wall may release a hold, correct an obvious pricing or listing error, or withdraw any unit at any time before settlement. Units are offered while available and may also sell through other Van Wall channels.
5. Equipment condition — sold AS-IS
Unless a separate written warranty is provided, used equipment is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with all faults. Year, hours, specifications, and photos are believed accurate but are not guaranteed. You are responsible for inspecting or asking questions before you commit.
6. Your information and messages
You agree to provide accurate contact details and that you are authorized to make a purchase. We will email you about your account activity. If you opt in, we will also send text alerts about price drops and the status of your holds and offers; message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.
7. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to lawfully purchase equipment in your state to participate.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; if we do, we'll ask you to accept the new version before continuing. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
